คู่สัญญาตกลงให้ข้อความที่กรอกข้างต้นเป็นข้อตกลงเพิ่มเติมจากสัญญาเช่าหลัก เฉพาะส่วนที่ระบุชัดเจน ส่วนข้อสัญญาอื่นยังคงเดิม ทั้งนี้ต้องตรวจระยะเวลาและข้อกำหนดการจดทะเบียนตามกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
The parties agree that the terms entered above supplement the original lease only to the extent expressly stated. All other terms remain unchanged. Applicable registration and term requirements must be checked.
